RETURN POLICY

We take our customer service seriously and will always work to make sure you are satisfied with your order. If you aren’t satisfied for any reason, here is our return policy:

Grocery: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept any returns for grocery items. However, if your grocery item(s) are damaged, please contact us for a full refund.

Non-grocery: For all non-grocery items, we accept returns for any reason. Please contact us to initiate the return process. Once we receive the item and verify that it is in the same condition it was sent, we will issue a full refund for the order.

SHIPPING POLICY

We work hard to ensure that your order will be shipped in a timely and efficient manner. All orders are processed, packed, and shipped within 1-2 business days. We use a variety of shipping services (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to get your order to you as quickly and cost-effectively as possible—and all shipping services feature shipment tracking. We ship from our warehouse in Oklahoma.
